HOME SOLUTIONS is a building design firm. Ron Bowers, principal, is a Certified Professional Building Designer. At the early age of 15, Ron started his career working with Bowers & Westmoreland Architects. After four years majoring in architectural design at Texas Tech University, Ron opened his first design office in 1964 in Ruidoso, New Mexico.
After moving to Austin, Texas in 1968 he worked as the head of the design department for one of Austin’s largest builders. Then in 1972 he founded Environmental Design Group, subsequently attaining twelve national and state awards. He co-founded Architects International in 1978 with offices in Austin and Odessa Texas, building over 500 residential living units. In 1987, Ron’s duties with Danze and Davis Architects included custom home design.
HOME SOLUTIONS was created in 1989 providing the expertise for desired design development, and precise construction documents to insure continuity, quality, cost effectiveness, and approval of required building permits.
